En esta ocasión, buscamos un Head of Sales - AMERS para liderar las estrategias comerciales y de crecimiento en las regiones de Latinoamérica y Norteamérica. El/la candidato/a será responsable de ejecutar las estrategias acordadas por la oficina central en España, asegurando la expansión y consolidación de la presencia de Paraty Tech en estos mercados.


Además, dirigirá al equipo de Business Development Managers (BDM) y Sales Development Representatives (SDR), participará en ferias y eventos del sector, y desarrollará planes comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía.


TUS PRINCIPALES RETOS SERÁN:
  • Liderar el equipo comercial en las regiones de LATAM y Norteamérica, incluyendo la supervisión de BDMs y SDRs.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para el crecimiento de Paraty Tech en estos mercados, alineadas con las directrices de la oficina central en España.
  • Asistir a ferias y eventos del sector para promover la marca y generar oportunidades de negocio.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave, socios y stakeholders del sector hotelero y travel tech.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y de crecimiento establecidos por la empresa.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y producto para asegurar una adecuada implementación de estrategias de go-to-market.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de ventas y preparar reportes regulares para la alta dirección.
  • Analizar tendencias del mercado y oportunidades emergentes para adaptar las estrategias comerciales y de expansión.

¿QUÉ TE HARÁ TRIUNFAR?
  • Experiencia previa en posiciones de liderazgo en ventas en la industria de Travel Tech o tecnología hotelera.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la dirección y escalado de equipos comerciales.
  • Conocimiento profundo de los mercados de LATAM y Norteamérica.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro de las regiones asignadas para asistir a eventos y reuniones clave.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, gestionar equipos remotos y coordinarse con la oficina central.
  • Importante: Inglés y español fluido, tanto escrito como hablado.

Serás de 10 si, además, cuentas con:
  • Experiencia en la expansión de empresas de Travel Tech en LATAM y Norteamérica.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y estrategias de ventas B2B.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria hotelera y en el sector tecnológico.

Condiciones:
  • Salario competitivo basado en la experiencia, con un componente variable vinculado a la consecución de objetivos comerciales.
  • Ubicación: Cancún, México (posibilidad de trabajo remoto desde otra ubicación).
