Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple countries, leveraging their expertise in retail sales management and commercial acumen.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a standard schedule, offering opportunities for professional growth and development. Our ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple countries, particularly within the Americas, and possess strong business/commercial/financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple countries
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN PRODUCTIVE BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL PARTNERS
  • CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO UNDERSTAND RETAIL INDUSTRY TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • PROVIDE REGULAR SALES PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND ANALYSIS TO STAKEHOLDERS
Requirements
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL SALES MANAGEMENT AND COMMERCIAL ACUMEN
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING ACROSS MULTIPLE COUNTRIES, PARTICULARLY WITHIN THE AMERICAS
  • PROFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE TOOLS, ESPECIALLY EXCEL
  • ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE EFFECTIVELY WITH RETAIL PARTNERS
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. We welcome applications from candidates with disabilities.
