About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Growth Strategist to play a crucial role in driving business expansion within our Development Support Services division. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to implement the company's growth strategy, identify new business leads, and analyze potential opportunities.

The Job:

As a Business Growth Strategist at Amber, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Business Development Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, and Leadership to drive business growth
  • Prospecting the market and attending industry events to identify new business leads
  • Analyzing and qualifying business opportunities to generate new revenue
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and partners
  • Presenting the value proposition of our products or services, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders within the company

The Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (an English-based university is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, with a strong network of industry contacts
  • A hunter mindset, with the ability to reach decision-makers
  • Previous experience in the video games industry (any role) is a significant advantage
  • Good knowledge of the games market
  • An organized, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to synthesize discussions into concise summaries
  • Effective time management and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
