Business Development Account Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Strategist to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with major national trade players.
Your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute joint business plans that drive sales growth and profitability for both our company and our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative shopper solutions and lead forecast planning to ensure stellar customer service and financial consistency.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust, strategic relationships with key partners to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Own the development of joint business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Partner with marketing and category teams to create innovative shopper solutions and drive excellence in market execution.
- Lead customer negotiations to represent Reckitt's commercial interests and value-based trading terms effectively.
- Continuously enhance category management to improve efficiency and profitability.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
