Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Ensure that all food and beverage standards are met, including quality, presentation, and service
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and cash handling to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design effective menus and wine lists
- Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
- College degree in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management position in food and beverage
- Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously
