Key Responsibilities- Asset Monitoring: Monitor asset performance in real-time, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or asset uptime.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Case Management: Manage and prioritize cases, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including construction teams, technical SMEs, and IT, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Technician degree in Operations and Maintenance (O&M), preferably in energy assets (PV, gensets, Electrical distribution, BESS).
- Language: Advanced English level.
- Experience: 5-10 years of industry experience in Renewable Energy, Utility, Solar & Storage, EAAS.
- Skills: Service/O&M experience, customer support & field service management experience, hands-on experience with technical tools and equipment.
- Location: Able to work in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
- Work Arrangement: Able to work under a hybrid scheme, with a maximum of 3 days of work from home per week.
