Senior Account Executive for Food and Beverage Logistics

**Responsible for the development, exploitation, and maximization of the local account penetration and profitable growth of the assigned account.**

Represent OTIF in all sales/strategic activities and act as interface between the customer and the OTIF organization (HQ, Divisions and Regions).

**Accountable for profitable growth of the assigned Key Account for the represented OTIF organizations (Divisions, BUs, Segments).**

**You will have the opportunity to act as interface between the Key Customer and the OTIF organization. As the advocate for the Key Customer's interests, you will be expected to show a personal long-term dedication for his/her Key Customer (5-7 years).**

The Regional Sales Director for Digital Logistics Solutions will be responsible for the development, exploitation, and maximization of the local account penetration and profitable growth of the assigned account. Represent OTIF in all sales/strategic activities and act as interface between the customer and the OTIF organization (HQ, Divisions and Regions). Accountable for profitable growth of the assigned Key Account for the represented OTIF organizations (Divisions, BUs, Segments). You will have the opportunity to act as interface between the Key Customer and the OTIF organization. As the advocate for the Key Customer's interests, you will be expected to show a personal long-term dedication for his/her Key Customer (5-7 years). As the central point of contact for the Divisions, BU's and Segments for the selected multinational Key Account, you will be responsible for evaluating the customers market and analyzing their business targets & strategy, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers and efficiently transfer this knowledge to the OTIF organizations and Regions.

**You will need to pursue strategic business opportunities with the Key Customer by coordinating the activities of the involved Divisions and Regions.**

**Requirements**:

5+ years Account Management/Senior Sales and related account management experience with a track record of successful performance (new orders) within the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industries.

Familiarity with OTIF' products and solutions

Prior experience with beverage, logistics, and software heavily preferred, specifically sales experience.

Minimum 2 years' experience in managing complex projects/customers successfully.

Team Leader: Able to manage and motivate people successfully, preferably with experience as a manager of a team in an international environment.

University degree in engineering or business administration or other relevant discipline or other suitable education.

Executive Level Presence / Communication & Strong Presentation Skills

Local and International Travel

You have experience reporting and managing sales performance metrics.

You're results-oriented, always on the lookout for ways to improve and shake things up.

**Bonus Points if:**

Experience inside the industry of Food and beverage.

You have used big data management systems like Power BI, R, SQL, Tableau and SAS.
