About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Account Executive to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a Trade Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and negotiating On Premise Consumption Centers relevant for adult smokers and nicotine consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable adequate Consumption Centers for Smoke Free Products conversion strategies, influencing current Legal Age Smokers consumers to Smoke Free Products in different occasions and environments.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of IQOS Coaches.
- Identify opportunities to improve the experience in trails and demonstrate the Smoke Free Products.
- Support consumer journey and minimize adoption barriers leveraging on other Smoke Free Products commercialization channels, services, and programs.
- Strategic planning that provides optimal conditions for coaches' activations.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in On Trade, Sales, Trade Marketing or B2C business.
- Experience in commercialization and distribution channels (desirable).
- Validated personal leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
