">We are a small U.S. based ecommerce company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring social media trends, adapting content strategies, developing key visuals for campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistency with brand style guides and learning objectives.
Key tasks include delivering monthly reports on KPIs to assess and optimize organic performance, conducting market research to support the development of new products, and designing packaging that resonates with target audiences.
This is a long-term job opportunity for someone who is eager, kind, and can problem-solve independently.
Job Description
">As a Creative Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work 40 hours a week, US, CST business hours overlap required. The role involves leading content design and digital design projects, providing regular updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
You will also be responsible for creating engaging content for social media, websites, and branding materials, as well as designing videographic assets that bring campaign concepts to life.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have advanced English proficiency, a Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, and at least 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising agencies or brands with a digital presence.
You should also be proficient in using software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, and Canva, and have experience in branding, packaging, and digital design.
Preferred Skills
">Native English speaker or fluent in conversational English, written & spoken. Ability to use 'Positive Language' creating happy customer experience. Initiative and problem-solving skills, excellent concise and clear communication skills (verbal, written), detail-oriented & able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range
">The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
