Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Support Team Lead, you will:
- Supervise a team and manage daily workload and performance, driving solutions and improving ways of working.
- Set clear objectives aligned with organization goals, supporting individual development and training, and conducting regular meetings to review progress.
- Proactively enhance customer service and experience, implementing action plans and escalation procedures to address issues and identify improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders to provide feedback, resolve problems, and drive solutions.
- Manage project work associated with Customer Care transitions, acquisitions, and development.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching and mentoring, and remain flexible to meet business demands.
Qualifications and Skills
We seek a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree and related experience.
- Experience supervising teams in a similar environment.
- Adaptability, applied learning, critical thinking, building trust, communication, time management, business acumen, and detail-oriented skills.
