1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their current and future business needs.

2. Provide technical and product information to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings and how they can benefit from them.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

4. Prepare and submit cost estimates, working closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.

7. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.

8. Travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects, representing North American Production Sharing in a professional and positive manner.

**Requirements**:

1. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, costing, and ERP systems.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

5. Dynamic, responsible, reliable, organized, customer-focused, and results-driven attitude.
