Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, managing project plans, and coordinating multiple training events in a corporate and project setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs to meet the needs of our employees and clients
- Manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful program implementation
- Coordinate and deliver training events, including instructor-led training and e-learning programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or University Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Design, Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related field
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive learning programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
