About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Director to lead our MTS division in Mexico and Latin America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and attracting top talent to the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with our segment's strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets, drive innovation, commercial excellence, and productivity/cost take-out.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements applicable to the region.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across operating companies to optimize overall business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of general management and cross-functional experience in a global industrial equipment manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or related advanced degree.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
