Regional Sales Director, Latin America Expansion

At Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V., we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our efforts in expanding our sales presence in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, team leadership, and strategic business development. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in Mexico, Brazil, and other key markets in Latin America.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and tools that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (MBA) from a top-tier business school (4-5 years of post-MBA experience preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent business judgment, written and oral communication skills, and ability to operate in both tactical and strategic modes.
  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done.

What We Offer:
