In this role, you will ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will encompass project governance, budget formulation, timeline establishment, quality assurance, testing, and operational readiness, ensuring that projects are primed for launch.

Key Responsibilities

You will be tasked with:

Ensuring uniformity and excellence in project execution by utilizing suitable methodologies and tools Identifying, evaluating, and alleviating project-level risks, escalating issues to global leads or program managers as necessary Delivering project updates and reporting through scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, while leading stakeholder discussions Managing budgets, resource allocation, and utilization effectively Verifying the completion and consistency of projects, ensuring they are ready for implementation Maintaining relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout all project phases

Additional Information

The Coordinator ensures the daily operations compliance and oversees projects and initiatives related to fiscal requirements. They provide support to direct responsible areas in case of issues and ensure all fiscal requirements are accurate for proper invoice processing.

They also play a crucial role in Global Available to Promise (GATP): managing listings, closures, and openings of keys in EDI activities.

Required Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in similar roles Knowledge of fiscal regulations and tax authorities Experience in team management Familiarity with SAP (preferred) Proficient in Office Suite Strong communication skills Commitment to processes and project objectives Advanced English proficiency
