About the Role
Sensata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers related to delivery and order status.
- Provide guidance to customers on stock quantities, production lead-time, and transportation options.
- Review daily customer demand and validate deviations from agreed-upon plans.
- Ensure proactive internal notification of customer delivery risks and communicate supply chain updates to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan meetings and provide critical feedback to drive business growth.
- Resolve customer concerns and claims related to delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute manual order entry processes with high accuracy and meet required timelines.
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
