Strategic Renewals Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Manager to lead our Renewals Management team at Qualtrics, driving exceptional experiences for internal stakeholders and mentoring high-performing Renewal Specialists.
Responsibilities include tracking progress, evaluating performance, and collaborating with internal teams to boost renewals billings performance and implement innovative processes.
This role requires a strong leader who can:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in finance or sales-supporting teams
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong leadership abilities
- A vision for continuous improvement to drive efficiency within the organization
Preferred qualifications include experience working in high-growth organizations, start-ups, or SaaS-based companies. Familiarity with the Qualtrics product, pricing, or packaging is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
