About the Role
The Salesforce Renewal Manager owns and executes a portfolio of renewal contracts. They partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to secure renewals, minimize financial attrition, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize contract value and protect customer trust.
Achieve financial and strategic targets for minimizing attrition, positioning favorable terms, and boosting incremental revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Sales, Operations, or Account Management.
- Strong customer management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset and adapt to rapid shifts in priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to manage transactions through every stage of the renewal cycle.
- Experience negotiating complex multi-year services contracts.
