Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with lead times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze demand coming from EDI to determine if numbers are within regular parameters or if there are increases/decreases and make decisions based on analysis.
  • Review EDI transmissions and reflect them properly on Plex system, as well as customer portal updates.
  • Address customer claims to different departments such as Quality, Customs, Shipping, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.
  • Receive purchase orders from Sales portal and ensure timely capture to avoid premium freight.
  • Implement adequate controls to avoid obsolescence of finished goods or raw material due to demand management issues.
  • Collaborate with support areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Customs, Engineering to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Anticipate and prevent problems; effective decision making; work on continuous process improvement.
