This role will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of beverages from our plants to customers, providing world-class customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate the distribution of beverages from plant to customers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts, considering language barriers, time zones, and cultural differences.
- Manage customer purchase orders, including coordination of inland and ocean freight, billing, and shipment follow-up.
- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with SOX and Sugar Rebate program requirements.
- Maintain KPIs of 97% on-time delivery, on-time load, and on-time fill rate, and process efficiency in less than 2 days.
- Support the Franchise team to reach sales targets and develop new strategies to improve I/E LAB performance.

**Your Impact:**

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of beverages. You will work closely with the Franchise team to drive sales growth and develop strategies to improve I/E LAB performance. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be critical in ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering
- English proficiency
- SAP knowledge or experience in Order Management
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain
- Problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- Experience in Logistics, Import/Export processes, and ability to work with multiple priorities and areas of the organization.
