Role: Billing and Collections Analyst

Required Education: Degree in Accounting, Administration, or equivalent experience

Language Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced English, capable of maintaining conversations

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Office and Excel, including Macro Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the legal sector is preferred.
  • Expertise in generating electronic invoices 4.0, handling an average of 500 or more invoices monthly in various currencies (pesos, dollars, euros).
  • Re-invoicing, issuing proof of payment, and managing Credit Notes.
  • Experience with legal transfer portals is desirable.
  • Management of a portfolio consisting of 300 to 500 clients, both national and international.
  • Basic General Accounting experience is required.
  • Preparation of monthly billing and collections reports.
  • Updating billing and collections databases.
  • Familiarity with legal agreements and contracts is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros, pivot tables, and formulas.
