Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate leader to head our team of Accounts & Dispute Management Analysts. This role is essential in providing support to our stakeholders by managing accounts receivable tasks. Your responsibilities will include researching and troubleshooting issues, as well as rebilling balances. Your goal will be to ensure that all critical information is gathered from customers regarding open balances in order to provide effective and satisfactory solutions.

Your Impact:

As an Accounts & Dispute Management Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of: 

Lead a Team of Analysts: Coordinate and support the team in Accounts Receivable tasks, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with internal and external teams to monitor and exceed service level agreements (SLA/OLA), ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the future vision of the Location Support model by helping to develop the long-term roadmap and fostering new areas of specialization as the team grows and evolves.

Adaptability and Growth: Ensure seamless service delivery as new locations, markets, or divisions are added. Promote an agile mindset that supports the team’s structural evolution and the specialization of its capabilities.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

Fluent in English 1 year of experience with people management experience with direct reports.  Intermediate Excel. Background in day-to-day business processes related to Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse Delivered Operations.
