About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Helpware team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide personalized, friendly, and informative support to customers via various channels, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services and products, including package directions, promotions, and prices through training.
  • Case Management: Research and resolve customer inquiries, escalating cases as needed, while adhering to corporate guidelines and regulations.
  • Communication: Manage priorities, working independently and with moderate supervision, to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Stay up-to-date with client trainings and adhere to daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • Excellent people skills and customer service skills
  • Experience in email and written communication
  • Objection handling and personal soft skills
  • Adherence to daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to achieve exceptional results
  • Google and MS Office skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • American English accent
  • Ability to handle and resolve difficult and sensitive issues with customers
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback with a positive attitude
  • Skillful in deflecting consumer escalations
  • Good inflection on phones
  • Chat experience
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
