We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Customer Experience Ambassador** to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting internal facilities activities, and collaborating with team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all front desk activities, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients and partners
- Meet, greet, and guide our clients and partners, providing personalized support and assistance
- Perform various administrative tasks, including coordinating meeting rooms and managing expenses
- Work closely with our CEO to ensure the smooth operation of our office
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a concierge or executive assistance capacity
