- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Experience with scaled success programs, one-to-many programs, or working with large portfolios/groups of customers.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success role, delivering fast time-to-value recommendations.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar software solutions, with a focus on customer experience programs.
- Portuguese language proficiency.
