Responsibilities

Role Overview

This position is crucial for maintaining and delivering the Warehouse Management capabilities of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) developed through SAP S4 methodologies. The primary objective is to ensure that the Global Template effectively supports business processes related to warehousing activities as the solution is implemented in designated regions. The initial focus will be on the successful maintenance and delivery of the PBNA solution. This role will adhere to Agile principles throughout the Global Template project.

Your Contributions

As an Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations such as incident triage and service requests. Monitoring jobs and resolving alerts generated. - Accountable Ensuring compliance with PepsiCo Corporate Warehousing policies within the PGT, implementing them with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute Actively engaging and educating business process owners on optimizing, simplifying, and standardizing solutions – Consult / Execute Ensuring deployment of PGT lift and shift opportunities across sectors – Consult / Execute Collaborating with other functional teams to align on MTD processes and related cross-functional configurations and WRICEFs - Consult/Execute Supporting activities to ensure the solution's success and optimal performance, including Technical Cutover, Regression testing, Defect resolution, and System maintenance checkouts, etc. - Consult/Execute Facilitating necessary support across IT teams to achieve ticket resolution, partnering with enabling teams such as ABAP/App Dev, MW PI/PO, Mobility, Basis, etc. - Consult/Execute Collaborating with all value stream teams to sustain and deliver the comprehensive Global ERP solution utilizing PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) Working closely with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the complete Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodologies – Consult / Execute Coordinating with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and adequate product backlog for the teams – Consult / Execute Engaging in system minor enhancements as part of the demand management process – Consult / Execute Leading a team of 12-15 contractors and employees to support the PBNA business as site deployments increase in the coming years – Accountable Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

6+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred. Experience in additional areas of Make To Deploy is desirable – including Quality Management, Production Planning, Production Execution, Inventory Management Proven success in deploying SAP Warehousing solutions (WM, eWM) as a global capability Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process triggering warehouse activities (integration with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Sales & Distribution) Knowledge of master data objects in the warehousing domain and data migration processes and tools Familiarity with SAP security design implications through global roles and GRC best practices in large organizations like PepsiCo Resolving standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and following up on necessary fixes Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs Knowledge and experience in tools, disciplines, and processes such as SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, and MS Project are advantageous Capable of solving highly complex problems within their work team Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills when working with stakeholders at all levels across departments Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Adaptability and flexibility, including managing deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change Consulting background, ITIL and/or APICS certifications are a plus
