Responsibilities

Role Overview

This position is pivotal in maintaining and executing the Warehouse Management capabilities of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) established through SAP S4 methodologies. The primary goal is to ensure that the Global Template effectively supports business processes associated with warehousing as the solution is implemented in designated regions. The immediate emphasis will be on the successful maintenance and execution of the PBNA solution. This role will embrace Agile principles throughout the Global Template project.

Key Contributions

As an Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations, including incident triage and service requests. Monitoring jobs and resolving alerts generated. - Accountable Ensuring that PepsiCo's Corporate Warehousing policies are accurately reflected in the PGT with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute Actively engaging with business process owners to promote solution optimization, simplification, and standardization – Consult / Execute Ensuring deployment of PGT lift and shift opportunities across sectors – Consult / Execute Collaborating with other functional teams to align on MTD processes and related cross-functional configurations – Consult/Execute Supporting activities to ensure the solution's success and optimal performance, including Technical Cutover, Regression testing, Defect resolution, and System maintenance checkouts – Consult/Execute Facilitating necessary support across IT teams to achieve ticket resolution, partnering with teams such as ABAP/App Dev, MW PI/PO, Mobility, Basis, etc. – Consult/Execute Collaborating with all value stream teams to sustain and deliver the comprehensive Global ERP solution utilizing PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) Working closely with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and adequate product backlog for the teams – Consult / Execute Engaging in system minor enhancements as part of the demand management process – Consult / Execute Leading a team of 12-15 contractors and employees to support the PBNA business as more site deployments occur – Accountable Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

6+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred. Experience in other areas of Make To Deploy desirable – including Quality Management, Production Planning, Production Execution, Inventory Management Proven success in deploying SAP Warehousing solutions (WM, eWM) as a global capability Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process triggering warehouse activities (integration with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Sales & Distribution) Knowledge of master data objects in the warehousing domain and data migration processes and tools Familiarity with SAP security design implications through global roles and GRC best practices in large organizations Proficient in addressing standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and managing required fixes Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs Knowledge and experience in tools, disciplines, and processes such as SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, and MS Project are advantageous Capable of solving complex problems within the team Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in engaging with stakeholders at all levels Ability to adapt quickly to changes in timelines and sequences Adaptability and flexibility, including managing deadline pressure and ambiguity Consulting background, ITIL and/or APICS certifications are a plus
