**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon and other retail networks

• Develop and implement innovative testing frameworks to drive campaign performance

• Manage and optimize client budgets to ensure accurate and full delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals and objectives

• Mentor and educate junior staff on best practices and industry trends

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of experience in retail media, preferably in an agency setting

• Knowledge of sponsored ad and display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console and Vendor Central

• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue

• Strong track record of managing media budgets in excess of $1 million while hitting/outperforming KPIs

• Full funnel media planning experience taking into account various ad formats, audiences, and seasonal periods

• Demonstrated project management and organization experience

• Comprehensive understanding of the retail industry

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience with the ability to produce high-quality documents
