About This Opportunity

We are searching for a dynamic individual who can build relationships, recognize opportunities, and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. The Business Development/Account Specialist will report to the Manager of Business Development and will focus on growing and maintaining client partnerships for InComm Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Develop new contacts, reach out to new prospects and make cold calls.
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Give presentations to demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective customers.
  • Compile and analyze data; identify trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintain a database of contact information.
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Aid in problem solving.
  • Handle client negotiations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and the evolution of technology.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Computer skills, especially Excel, MS Office and CRM software.
  • 1+ years of experience related to client relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional level English and Spanish language skills.
