Business Development Specialist

At RH Aliats, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality research materials and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Development: Develop sophisticated and insightful presentations, pitch materials, and other collateral in partnership with consultants and client development teams.
- Conduct Research and Analysis: Synthesize information accurately, so that it is easily incorporated into readable, client-ready documents.
- Support Practice-Wide Initiatives: Contribute to practice-wide initiatives, communications, and strategic projects.
- Monitor Market Developments: Maintain current awareness of news and issues associated with key client engagements and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enrich the Global Boards and CEO Practice library of content.
- 2+ Years of Experience: 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a research function, ideally within executive search, management consulting, other professional services, or market research.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced Research Skills: Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills and experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with ability to create client-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
