The Department
Creative Operations, part of Bain's Marketing organization, supports the efficient functioning of the Brand Studio through central project intake, strong project management, strategic vendor partnerships, and continuous workflow optimizations. Our team facilitates seamless collaboration within the Brand Studio and with internal stakeholders to ensure harmonious partnerships and sustained quality outcomes.
The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for client teams and business partners requesting creative support. In collaboration with leadership, your role involves actively scoping expectations, identifying resources, and assigning projects to initiate creative development and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit, prioritize, and allocate resources for creative requests based on workflow processes
- Track request information accurately to maintain reliable records
- Coordinate design production requests with external vendors
- Troubleshoot workflow processes, systems, or technology issues and suggest solutions
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow processes, systems, and technology
- Support other Creative Operations initiatives and team members as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming work, demonstrating a thorough concern for all parties involved
- Balance day-to-day request needs with organizational and interpersonal skills
- Leverage team collaboration tools to facilitate clear communications and smooth workflows
- Autonomously manage competing demands, make quick decisions, and flag roadblocks as needed
- Build a customer-centric partnership with stakeholders across service delivery touchpoints
Requirements
We seek a highly organized individual with strong proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
