Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct business transactions in both languages.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican employment and labor laws.
- Demonstrated success in creating and exceeding strategic HR objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Proven success in designing and implementing scalable HR systems, policies, and programs.
- Experience with international HR initiatives, particularly in Latin America, and working within a matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting a Mexican workforce of 200+ employees in hyper-growth mode across multiple locations.
