Salesforce QA Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce QA Lead to join our team at CPL Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance process for our Salesforce projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in End-to-End Software Project Implementation, having successfully led at least 3 complex large-scale projects. Expertise in SDLC and Agile Best Practices is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance process for Salesforce projects
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA, including at least 2 years in a lead role
- Proven track record in End-to-End Software Project Implementation
- Expertise in SDLC and Agile Best Practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
