About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Americas, Client Success Lead to join our Client Operations team at Flywire. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving exceptional client success and satisfaction across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Client Success Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive client success strategy to maximize engagement and revenue growth across the region.
  • Lead and Manage Regional Team: Manage and coordinate a high-performing regional team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional client support.
  • Empower Client Success: Utilize data insights to inform and drive client success initiatives, empowering team members to provide scalable and effective support to clients.
  • Manage Client Portfolios: Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, actively seeking opportunities to positively influence revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and project manage process improvements and initiatives to optimize client success operations and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Nurture collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to maximize opportunity and outputs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • 6+ Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in customer/client support, account management, and/or project management, preferably in Higher Education, Payments, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology Platforms.
  • Leadership and Coaching Experience: Proven experience leading a team and/or coaching key stakeholders to benefit both the individual and the group.
  • Accountability and Proactivity: Demonstrated accountability, proactivity, and persistence in driving results and delivering change.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Project Management Skills: Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail, time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internally and externally and think outside the box.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required (C1 proficiency or equivalent).
