- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Nurture collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to maximize opportunity and outputs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
- 6+ Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in customer/client support, account management, and/or project management, preferably in Higher Education, Payments, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology Platforms.
- Leadership and Coaching Experience: Proven experience leading a team and/or coaching key stakeholders to benefit both the individual and the group.
- Accountability and Proactivity: Demonstrated accountability, proactivity, and persistence in driving results and delivering change.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Project Management Skills: Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail, time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internally and externally and think outside the box.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required (C1 proficiency or equivalent).
