Sales Team Lead

Are you ready to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Mondelez International.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create and implement annual business unit plans to drive channel revenue growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance teams.
- Develop and coach the team in category knowledge and sales skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales activation and reporting against KPIs.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and routes-to-market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
