About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Technical Specialist to join our team at Infosys Mexico. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with the platform. Your technical skills should include expertise in Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and iExpenses.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience working in a cloud environment is also essential.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions using Oracle Cloud Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for our clients, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automation, and high-severity issue handling within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will also be expected to participate in production support projects, including collaborating with offshore teams to provide seamless support to our clients. A nice-to-have skill is experience with Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
