">About the Role:
">As a Design/Verification Engineer at Micron, you'll craft and analyze digital and analog circuits used in memory product development. You'll collaborate with various design and verification teams worldwide, supporting groups like Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to design products optimizing manufacturing functions and ensuring best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness.
">Daily Responsibilities:
">- Contribute to new product opportunities by assisting with overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
- Parasitic modeling, behavior modeling, and design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
- Oversee and manage the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.
- Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
Requirements:
">BSEE or Greater, 3+ years of related experience is preferred for senior and above. Productive and efficient time usage leading to more effective work. Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas verbally or in written form. Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc).
">What Sets You Apart:
">Familiarity with Memory design and digital design. RTL design/verification experience is preferred. Famality with STA. An innovative approach open to improving upon any of our processes or products. A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
