As a Financial Modelling Analyst, you will work closely with seasoned investment professionals on all transactions and play a crucial role in the team by developing comprehensive financial models.
What the Job Involves- Build financial models in Excel using historical data and industry-specific operating metrics.
- Conduct scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to assess business risk.
- Analyze financial statements and perform in-depth financial statement analysis.
- Identify key financial and non-financial risks and mitigating factors.
- Conduct industry and company research to support transaction analyses and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management and the team in due diligence and transaction execution.
- Monitor financial and operating factors of current transactions.
- Experience in financial modelling and valuation, with knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sectors being a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, actuary sciences, or a similar field.
- Superior analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
