We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating daily leads of homeowners who have an interest in selling their property through cold calling and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and enter data into our CRM system
- Build rapport with homeowners and gauge their motivation to sell
- Live transfer hot leads to our Acquisitions Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent English/verbal skills
- Prior sales and cold calling experience
- Background in real estate is a plus
- Highly motivated individual who is independent and does not need to be managed
- Energetic team player who loves to talk to people
- Prior experience with CRMs
- A highly organized and detailed individual who can manage multiple tasks
What to Expect:
- Daily coaching calls and a mastermind remote environment with a cool culture of individuals who help each other out
- The opportunity to learn a lot about the real estate industry and create wealth through real estate investing
- A high level of independence and the ability to work remotely
- No limit on the commission you can make

- $4 - $6 per hour
