Product Manager II

As a Product Manager II in Microsoft's Core Experiences team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey and driving product success. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and delight our users.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and track success criteria of a feature group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify short-term investment opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather customer requirements and assess market demand, informing product decisions that align with business goals.
- Ideate, plan, and define a product strategy for your feature/product areas, working closely with engineering, design, user research, and customer success teams to enable product success.
- Develop a detailed product roadmap and convert business needs into technical specifications for engineers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate usability reviews with customers, gather feedback, and make evidence-based decisions to ensure product success.
- Champion for usability and accessibility, making every feature inclusive and available to all users.
- Define success metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving incremental improvements in product development.
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in product/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and apply learnings to practice.
