We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager II to join our Microsoft 365 Core Experiences team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and track success criteria for feature groups, collaborating with partners to garner support and identify short-term investment opportunities.
- Gather customer requirements and assess market demand to inform product decisions, ideating, planning, and defining product strategies for feature/product areas.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, user research, and customer success, to enable product success and develop detailed product roadmaps.
- Facilitate usability reviews with customers, gather feedback, and make evidence-based decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Champion usability and accessibility, making every feature inclusive and available to all users, and define success metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with Product Marketing teams to build marketing, rollout, and customer support plans, promoting the group of features and co-presenting at large events.
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in product/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and apply learnings to practice, analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience engaging with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate them into product development.
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
- Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members, demonstrating leadership abilities, and managing tight deadlines.
- Experience driving generative AI-based solutions and general awareness of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, as well as hands-on experience or solid familiarity with web technology and front-end development stack.
- Executive presence, ability to think analytically and creatively on your feet, and the ability to wear many hats and effectively communicate with customers, design, user research to learn quickly and change direction when needed.
