**Job Summary**

The Senior Specialist, Communication & Change Management will play a key role in ensuring that projects meet objectives on time and are according to budgets. This consultant will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and lead implementation of internal communications strategy to drive stakeholder engagement with and understanding of HR processes and change initiatives.
  • Ensure initiatives are effectively planned, executed and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, manage resources, and monitor progress and success.
  • Empowering action and mitigating resistance by removing barriers, identifying what support, resources and tools are needed to facilitate stakeholders through the transition.
  • Create and implement change management plans including business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, evaluation plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, sustainability plans and resistance/coaching plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain change management documentation.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Work alongside the HR Project Team, to successfully implement the engagement project plan and encourage the highest possible response rates.
  • Create the annual Employee Engagement Strategy including goals and measures.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify ways to strengthen and integrate the employee engagement process into our systems and culture.

**Requirements**
