Job Overview:

As a Service Specialist at Milwaukee Tool, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a strong leader who can supervise the operation of ASCs, drive quality and efficiency, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of ASCs, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and escalating complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and end-users.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quality and Continuous Improvement:
    • Ensure ASCs adhere to quality standards and best practices, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with ASC management and ownership to ensure repair technicians adhere to quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular operational reports to leadership, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities.
    • Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related or engineering field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales, service, or operations, with account management preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective business communication skills, broad business perspective, and market savvy.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal and written English fluency preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time (domestically and internationally).
