**Role Overview**
At Solnova, we're seeking a highly organized and communicative Bilingual Assistant to support our recruitment team in various tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience in recruiting or related positions.
**Responsibilities**
We're looking for someone to:
- Pre-screen candidates through telephone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and confirm on calendars.
- Update and maintain our database with accurate information.
- Organize records and documents efficiently.
- Provide excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes, preparing necessary documents and dossiers.
**Requirements**
The successful candidate will possess:
- Fluent English communication skills (80% minimum).
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting or related roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment practices and phases.
- Ability to handle work platforms effectively.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
**Job Type**
This is a temporary to full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $2,500-$2,800 per week.
**Work Location**
Our office is located in person, and we're looking for someone to join our team on a full-time basis.
