About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our New Product Development and Commercialization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end support for new product development and commercialization projects within our overall company portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in new product development and commercialization, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
  • Project Management: Measure and publish team performance, project status, and metrics; identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
  • Process Improvement: Foster simplification and agile methodologies, and lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Portfolio Management: Report on portfolio management execution and progress versus plan.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Advanced English Proficiency: Required advanced English with verbal and written fluency.
  • Education: BA or BS degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a clear understanding of supply chain knowledge.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and dynamic business environment.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other certification a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the food industry, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, or mass consumption goods.
  • Business Acumen: Vision of business opportunity strategy and tactical or operational decision-making.
