Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Specialist to provide technical support to our clients at their location. As an Onsite Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors, and replacing hardware
- Installation, support, and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems, and network equipment
- Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites
- Performing On-Site Break/Fix repair services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an L2 Technician
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform complex troubleshooting of networked devices
- Great communication skills in English
- Experience on ISS Proliant Servers, 3par storage, and Aruba networking
- Strong Customer Facing skills as well as the ability to work independently with good communication skills and a positive attitude
