**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Clerk at New Millennium Building Systems. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and entering data for quotes and orders, working closely with all departments, DSM's, customers, and other plant locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Work with Excel, Word, PDF Software, and NMBS OIS & JEDI systems to perform data entry and importing for preparing quotes and setting up new orders.

• Electronic filing and organization of quotes and project files.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Requirements**

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Organized and able to multitask with a high level of productivity.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Minimum of a 2-year degree or 2-year office-related work experience.

• Familiarity with NMBS OIS & JEDI systems and other software applications.
