The Ideal Candidate
As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of an agile team and play a crucial role in supporting various operational teams and departments. Your ability to be collaborative, results-driven, and accountable will contribute to the success of the HR Team and the Company overall.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain employee files and records and compile reports from HRIS and other HR systems.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of various HR strategic plans and initiatives across different teams and departments in the Company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service and support to employees and managers on HR-related topics and issues.
- Support and perform payroll functions.
- Collaborate in the recruitment process, including posting positions and participating in the interview and selection process.
- Assist with the onboarding process and work in cross-functional teams to seamlessly service new employees.
- Assist with processing terminations and off-boarding.
- Support other teams and departments with the performance management program.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Deliver effective results, sound judgment, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent service and teamwork skills, timely communication, and response times according to department standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 3+ years prior HR experience preferably across different areas, CEFR English B2 or higher, Microsoft Office proficiency, prior experience with HRIS and related systems, ability to maintain confidentiality, deliver effective results, sound judgment, and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, excellent service and teamwork skills, timely communication, and response times according to department standards.
