- Consistently deliver internal sales, product, and personal training to ensure team success.
- Host local customer and prospect marketing events, presenting to audiences of various sizes.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving quota.
- 2-3 years of people management experience, eager to learn how to hire a diverse sales team and promote within.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles across C-Level executives.
- Strong relationships with customers, business partners, and peers.
- Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
