New Programs Manager

Objective:

Ensure the quality of launched products, meet deadlines, and develop successful innovation projects at Nemak.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear communication channels between launch teams and operations.
  • Ensure each program has the necessary resources to meet KPIs.
  • Organize regular follow-up meetings with PMs.
  • Support core teams in compliance with Excel/Phase Review.
  • Participate in customer meetings where potential risks are present.
  • Monitor the profitability of IRR programs.
  • Prepare reports, including programs and strategies for the Excomm, Top Focus & Business Unit report.
  • Develop IDPs for each PM.
  • Escalate issues to Sr. Management when necessary.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Project Management.
  • Skills in problem-solving, automotive standards, project management, financial planning, and manufacturing processes.
  • Advanced English required.
